Focused on children being kids, “...of Kids and Kites” is a charitable movement dedicated to uplifting the youth of today, in hopes of a better tomorrow. With a three pronged approach, and recognizing the needs are many, we focus on keeping our kids warm at heart and body, along with their spirits held high.
Starting in 2014 with "...of Kids and Kites" and looking towards the sky for our inspiration, with but a simple mission we began. I mean what kid doesn’t like to fly a kite... "I know I do!" So with that we collect and distributing free kites to kids of all ages — it was really as simple as that.
And with our “...of Kids and Crayons” campaign, we aim to take a light hearted, fun approach to engaging our youth through introducing them to different social and/or cultural environments, with coloring pages to match. With the help of different and diverse organizations, such as the W.C.S.O. RAVEN’s “kids can Fly” campaign... Our goal is to open a kid’s minds to hopefully broaden their views, perspectives and opportunities.
As for “...of Kids and Coats”, we understand the need for the basics too... Warmth. With a new simple jacket to keep them from the cold, our hopes are that they will be able to focus on the positive; learning, sports, music, and other activities that are at the core of development to help move them forward in life.
